In this week's Fugitive Files, Wilmington Police need help finding two men who vandalized a Downtown Wilmington parking garage.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. New Year's morning in the garage at 115 Market Street.
A surveillance camera in the elevator caught them in the act. Police say the men might have assaulted two other men in a stairwell that night.

Bring Back the Draft
Another reason to bring back the draft. I think that if people want to do something like that, hurt someone, do drugs, break into cars, then they should be sent over to Afghanistan. They can send them from jail straight over and if they try to escape, then they can learn to be a good Taliban or a bad one.
Elevator vandals
If I were a betting person, I would bet that if you posted these photos at some military bases, lets say Camp Lejeune, you would get a few calls. I am prior military, so I am not a hater.
