As you should know by now, all the stations in our market are switching to digital signals only on September 8.
Tonight, all the stations in our market will conduct a 60-second test.
At 7:30 p.m. for one minute we will interrupt our analog signal with an important message reminding viewers who use an antenna to watch local TV about what they need to do to keep watching come September 8.
If you do not see that message tonight at 7:30, you are ready for the big switch.

how about testing daily? some of us work and couldn't get home to test. and my neighbors didn't get a chance to check all their TVs

I agree, I wasn't aware that they were doing a test last night. I believe a nightly test until September 8th would help alot of folks.

one would believe you have a RIGHT to digital TV and how dare your analog signal be taken away.
Sadly, folks in this country will spend $$ on cell phones, pagers, and the full cable package but not spend a dime for health insurance and use the ER as their source of primary medical care knowing the taxpayers will pick up the tab.
