WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A second patient in North Carolina has been diagnosed with meningitis linked to recalled steroid.

The CDC has already reported 47 cases in seven states, including five deaths.

Three clinics in North Carolina received the recalled drugs. High Point Surgery Center and Surgical Center of Wilson used them for spinal injections. The 94 patients exposed at the clinics have been notified.
