WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — In the Fit Minute, we talk to a woman who says she has some problem areas. She's just like many of us. We all have different body types, and all of us have what we call our problem areas.

For many women, especially as they age, the trouble areas are abs, triceps, lats and legs.

So, in a four-part series, WWAY's Makenzi Henderson goes back to Planet Fitness and focuses on moves you can do for those areas. We start with abs this week.
