NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — James Bradley was back in the courtroom this morning to settle who his second chair attorney would be in his trial for the murder of Elisha Tucker.
District Attorney Ben David’s assistant Samantha Dooies told WWAY that Mike Ramos was appointed as second chair. He will join Geoff Hosford in representing Bradley.
Dooies said there was no new court date decided, because it is now up to when the defense feels they are ready to go to trial.
“We’re ready to go to trial tomorrow,” said Dooies of the prosecution.
