8 ounces fresh tuna, cut into ½-inch pieces
Pinch of sea salt
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tsp minced fresh jalapeno
2 scallions, thinly sliced

Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
