Wilmington resident Erin Anderson stopped by Good Morning Carolina to talk about how she made a lifestyle change to better her health and fitness after graduating college overweight. Anderson shared tips and tricks for others to use as they begin or continue their fitness journey. She shared how she slowly made her way into a gym and started to find herself. Anderson fell in love with health and became a personal trainer.
