Silver Alert issued for missing Wilmington teen

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered teen.

Dyshod Jalontez Santiago, 19, was last seen at 3312 Winston Boulevard in Wilmington.

Santiago is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Santiago is 6’4″ and weighs 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket,black boots, and navy blue backpack.

He may be with his biological mother, Arena Dean Jones, who has no known address, according to the NC Center for Missing Persons.
