Another teen charged in graffiti vandalism downtown

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police have charged a second person in the recent incidents of graffiti vandalism in downtown Wilmington.

Izzy Belle Edmondson, 18, was charged with one count of damage to real property by means of graffiti vandalism.

WPD says she sprayed a drawing of a hang-man image, which she told investigators held personal significance, on the south side of 721 N 4th Street.

WPD arrested Jackson Kai Herren, also known as the “Creator”, Friday¬†on five counts of damage to real property under the pre-text of graffiti vandalism.
