WILMINGTON (WWAY) — Wilmington Fire Department responded to a house fire on Friday morning.
New Hanover County Dispatch says a call came in around midnight and crews responded to the single story duplex fire at 2813 Penn Street.

In a Twitter post, Wilmington Fire Department says that no people were injured however, the fire left one dog dead.
