The Humanists and Freethinkers of Cape Fear (HFCF) will host American Civil Liberties Union of North Carolina (ACLU) community organizer Caroline Morin-Gage for a program that addresses the ACLU’s multi-year effort to reform the criminal justice system in America. Morin-Gage will discuss the Wilmington NC campaign to end the use of money bail for pretrial detention.
