WWAY’s Tuesday night sports – January 21

videoTuesday night is typically a full night for high school hoops, but that wasn't the case tonight. We still managed to find some basketball action though. UNCW is proud to announce senior Rafael Aita made the roster for his native country for the Davis Cup. Aita will play for Peru in the upcoming Davis Cup. Plus more!

videoThursday was an historic day at Coastal Christian High School. WWAY co-host and World Series champion Trot Nixon threw out the first pitch at the new ballpark. North Brunswick ushered in the Dustin Medlin era in baseball. It ended with a splash. Camp is dismissed for the Hammerheads. It sure was fun! Plus more!
