The Brunswick County Sheriff's Department is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the murder of Valerie Burns. The reward money was provided by Governor Easley's office at the sheriff's request. Burns' body was found last week in the trunk of her burned car. She was last seen alive early last Wednesday morning in downtown Wilmington. Her family says her funeral will be held Thursday in New York. A question

Not to undermine the athorities, but are they looking for other tire tracks, shoe prints in that dirt even further down the road to match up? Someone had to get down there and back somehow. Thank you.
