Wilmington Police arrest man for two bank robberies

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Wilmington police say they have their man in two bank robberies in the last two weeks. Officers caught Reggie Andre Beckton last night. Police say last week they identified the 25-year-old as the suspect in the August 17 robbery of the RBC Bank on Market Street. When the NewBridge Bank on South College Road was robbed yesterday, they quickly identified Beckton again.

Beckton is also charged with a breaking and entering on August 12, which was just six days after he got out of prison.
