WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Police need your help finding the thief who stole from a woman's wallet at a Wilmington McDonald's. It happened at the restaurant on Market Street back on Halloween.
Investigators want to talk to the man in this photo to find out what he knows. Police say he's used a stolen ATM card from the wallet to withdraw cash.
