CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Only the Charlotte Bobcats can find reinforcements like this in the front office.
Hall of Famer and Bobcats owner Michael Jordan suited up for practice on Thursday, participating in a full-court scrimmage and showing a few of the old moves that helped make him a six-time NBA champion.
Forward Gerald Wallace says Jordan "still has it." He says his quickness is fading, but "the last thing to ever go is your jump shot and he has that."
Jordan, who turns 48 next week, has been spending more time at practices and shootarounds of late. Thursday's practice was his most involved yet.
Just don't expect another comeback. Jordan sat slumped in a chair with bags of ice strapped to both knees at the end of the workout.
