 WHITEVILLE, NC (WWAY) -- Pat Kern sent us this video of Thursday's severe weather shot in front of his house on Mrs. Tates Rd. in Whiteville. Kern says he followed it to 1.5 miles west of Hallsboro on the north side of US 74/76. Is it a tornado forming? You be the judge!
