 WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- The nation's only two-day rugby sevens tournament is back at Ogden Park this weekend. It's an annual tradition in the Wilmington area during July 4 week. So far 64 teams from across the country, and around the world, have signed up to play in six different divisions.
