Wisconsin Gov. Walker to stump in NC for McCrory

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - Republican Pat McCrory is bringing another GOP governor to North Carolina to campaign for him.

McCrory's campaign announced Friday that Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker will visit the state Sept. 25. Walker plans to campaign with McCrory in Raleigh and Greensboro, with another stop possible.

Walker, who recently survived a recall effort, is the latest former or current GOP governor to come to North Carolina to campaign or raise money for McCrory, a former Charlotte mayor.

McCrory held a rally Thursday in Salisbury with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.

Lt. Gov. Walter Dalton, the Democratic nominee, told a union convention Thursday that McCrory will target public employees, as Walker did in his state.

McCrory's campaign dismissed Dalton's comments. McCrory said Friday he's proud to welcome Walker to the state.

PLanes should not be flying that low (500 ft), especially fighter jets

Absolutely right, Guest

Absolutely right, Guest Chuck! Fighter jets are very expensive and they could be damaged by all the hot air being emanated by these politicians.
