WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- The cast and crew of the new TV pilot "Witches of East End" set up shop at Market and Water Streets today. Police were on hand to direct traffic as crews staged a car accident. If picked up, the show will air on the Lifetime cable channel. The production will continue to film downtown all week.
