Snow's Cut Bridge down to two lanes Wednesday till February

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) -- Traffic on Snow's Cut Bridge on Carolina Beach Road over the Intracoastal Waterway in New Hanover County will be reduced from four to two lanes beginning Wednesday.

Crews will do extensive repair work. The project is expected to last approximately four months. The lane closures will remain in place during the entire construction period.

They've been opening the lanes at 4 or 5 PM. Now they won't open back up. It's gonna stay 2 lanes 24/7 until Feb. What a pain. But hey, we need that bridge.
