WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- The thrills and chills that go hand in hand with Halloween often come in the form of scary clowns, zombies and monsters. Those who are brave enough to go through the Panic Attack Haunted Attraction will run into the work of Anna Gamel.

Gamel is a local makeup artist and said, "I am one of the actors and I also do my own makeup, I am a zombie at panic attack so I get to spend every weekend in october scaring people."

You could say the halloween spirit has always been in her blood, "I've always been obsessed with halloween and gore effect but in college I took a makeup class and I loved the section on cuts scrapes and bruises and it kinda' just grew from there," Gamel said.

With a little bit of makeup and a lot of talent, she turned 'Good Morning Carolina' anchor Ashley Jacobs and Meteorogist Tim Buckley into zombies.
