Police look for suspect in Creekwood shooting

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Wilmington Police are looking for a gunman after a man was shot this morning in the Creekwood community.

A WPD spokeswoman says EMS was dispatched at about 10:20 a.m. to the 500 block of N. 30th Street. She says a man suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.

The case is under investigation. No word yet on a description of the suspect.
