HAMPSTEAD, NC (WWAY) -- We traveled to Pender County to meet a Topsail Middle School teacher who works very closely with her class. Amanda Diggs teaches 7th grade at Topsail Middle School, and she's a first year teacher. WWAY's Chris Phillips was there to deliver the good news to the newcomer in her own classroom.
