Bond pitch coming?
Mr Hayes and, if reports that the request came from the Superintendent are correct, Mr. Markley should be publicly admonished. What do they have to hide? Remember that this is public money for public schools, and subject to public laws.
Could it be mere coincidence that the school board is about to request a new bond issue? Remember that a bond issue is not free money. Repaying bonds requires tax money, often by raising future taxes.
