JACKSONVILLE, NC (WWAY) -- A Jacksonville man visiting a woman in jail landed on the other side of the bars after deputies say he got a little excited.
The Onslow County Sheriff's Office says Donnie Lee Morton came to the Onslow County Sheriff's Office Saturday to do a video visitation with female inmate Billie Fife. Investigators say during the video visitation Morton became aroused from the conversation and began to fondle himself in the public visitation area. A female employee monitoring video visitation called for backup.
According to a news release, Morton is in jail charged with a felony count of secretly using or installing a photograph, which falls under the state's secret peeping law.
