More proof

More proof that trash comes in all colors.

Another criminal allowed out, only to shoot an officer

23 years old, with a "lengthy criminal record". Another violent felon allowed to circulate in our society, steal a gun, avoid a background check, then shoot an officer with it over a routine traffic stop.

Think I'm sounding like a broken record? Too bad you can't hear me recite the other 1000+ cases similar to this that happen EVERY DAY in the US. Nothing is going to even begin to reduce gun related violence until the violent offenders are kept where they belong, behind bars in a jail cell, not in the general public with the easy access to commit more violent crime!

In the old days, horse theives got a fair trial before they were hanged. This criminal should be treated no differently. While I do not feel this young man should be taken out back and shot, I am of the opinion he should be given a fair trial first and then taken out back and shot.

Too bad...

...he was caught, not killed.
