WILMINGTON, NC (StarNewsOnline.com) -- A South Carolina company has decided not to pursue its bid to build a 190-foot cell phone tower at 7238 Market St.
Optima Towers earlier this month withdrew its application to New Hanover County for a special-use permit, said Chris O'Keefe, New Hanover planning and inspections director.
