Comfort in a cup of tea

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- A Swansboro woman has turned her struggles into a warm cup of comfort for others.

After losing her newborn twins in 2008, Rachel Crawford created a brand of teas that create emotional well-being...and can even help troops suffering with PTSD.

"We took it sort of a step further outside of our first six," says Crawford. "We developed three teas that specifically address the emotional needs of our military and their families, and we partnered with the Semper Fi Fund."

Using adaptogen herbs, the teas restore balance and boost immunity with three special blends that benefit our wounded heroes.

For every purchase of the Honor, Courage or Commitment teas, the company makes a donation to the Semper Fi Fund, helping wounded military and their loved ones.
