16-year-old among alleged peeping victims

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- A warrant for a New Hanover County man is shedding more light into his arrest this week for secret peeping.

Duncan Hart Wilkie appeared in court yesterday on two felony charges of secret peeping.

According to the warrant, investigators say Wilkie took pictures of a 16-year-old's body or undergarments without her consent. Investigators say more than one person was photographed, but a New Hanover sheriff's office spokesman could not say how many. The warrant says the crimes happened some time in the last two years.

We tried to reach Wilkie to get his side of the story, but we have yet to hear from him. He is out of jail on a $2,500 secure bond.

The mailbox vandal get $7500

The mailbox vandal get $7500 sec. bond, and the peeping tom gets 2500.00. Makes sense to me?

It would probably depend on

It would probably depend on the classification of the charges and when the calculations are made the mailbox vandal made out worse because he had numerous charges against him. I could be wrong.
