video Fair Bluff worker Billie Johnson admitted he'd been drinking before crashing the car in a late-night accident Jan. 26, but it appears this is not the first time Fair Bluff has had issues with alcohol and town vehicles.

Fair Bluff Town Manager doesn't like to see himself on TV; Won't address employee who wrecked car

Wednesday Town Manager Al Leonard did not have any answers about what has or will happen. video Leonard, who ran for state House last year and also serves as Tabor City's Manager, refused to go on camera saying, "I don't like to see myself on TV."

Columbus Co. man gets 6 month jail sentence after killing friend in crash

video A Clarkton man pleaded guilty Wednesday in a fatal drunken driving crash that claimed the life of his friend in May. Nicholas Kent Wilkson, 20,entered the guilty pleas Columbus County Superior Court to felony death by motor vehicle and driving while impaired.
