On July 6 the New Hanover County Health Department told Portside Finer on Burnett Boulevard in Wilmington it will suspend the restaurant's permit in 30 days for "failure to provide and maintain adequate refrigeration for potentially hazardous foods required to be kept at or below 45-degrees."

A New Hanover County restaurant is back open for business after health inspectors shut it down last month.
Szechuan Buffet at 6932-B Market Street in Ogden fixed the problems that earned it a score of 53.5.
