The Outback Steakhouse on College Road in Wilmington scored an 87 with the health department. They lost points for having dirty equipment and for storing clean dishes on dirty dish clothes. Inspectors say they found mold in some of the coolers, and the diaper changing station in the bathroom was dirty too.
