"Angies Amazing Angels" is hosting a yard sale this Saturday. This group also hosts a motorcycle event each year to raise money for the NHRMC Foundation Pink Ribbon Project in honor of their friend Angie who died of breast cancer.
The sale will be at Hod Rodz on Market. Proceeds go towards the group's gift to the Pink Ribbon Project.

The celebration is in memory of the Rev. Thomas Frederick Price, the first native North Carolinian to be ordained a diocesan catholic priest. He is recognized today as co-founder of the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America, better known as the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers.

The somber service was held at McClure Presbyterian Church. That's the same church where Lance Corporal Ross Carver and his wife Brandy were married. The audience recited the serenity prayer - one of Carver's favorites.
