Rising on Third Street in downtown Wilmington is the new Cape Fear Community College Humanities and Fine Arts Center. When complete it will seat between 1500 and 1600 people and bring world class performances and concerts to the Cape Fear region. The Department of Veteran Affairs estimates at least 22 veterans commit suicide a day. One is too much. 22 is a reality.
