Wilmington Police arrested a man early Saturday morning for a Friday afternoon bank robbery. Detectives had gotten a warrant Friday for 26-year-old Branden Paul Kolterjahn in connection with the armed robbery of the TD Bank at 802 S. College Road.

Police in Southport are looking for a man who robbed a bank this afternoon. Southport Police Chief Jerry Dove says it happened about 1:55 p.m. at the First Citizens Bank at Howe and W. West Streets.

Brunswick County Sheriff's detectives have obtained a warrant for a man they say robbed a Calabash bank this afternoon. Investigators say Christopher Wilson Scott, 32, of Little River, SC, robbed the Security Savings Bank at 10231 Beach Drive SW around 12:25 p.m.

Southport Police and the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office are searching for a man who robbed the First Federal Bank in Southport Saturday just after noon. Southport Police are offering a $1,000 reward for the conviction of the suspect.
