Police arrested a man wanted for a shooting death in broad daylight in Tabor City. Tabor City Police Chief Donald Dowless says Albert Henry, 34, is in custody and charged with second degree murder. Henry was arrested around 7:30 Thursday night with the assistance of the SBI.
