The NC Highway Patrol is still looking for the driver of a vehicle that struck and seriously injured 22-year-old Joseph Earl Jones, Jr. on the southbound side of Carolina Beach Road late Thursday night. The parents of Jones spoke to WWAY and want the driver to come forward. Full story...

"During the course of the investigation, a number of discrepancies were discovered between what was alleged to have occurred and what we know occurred through witness accounts and other information. The information and evidence obtained during the investigation does not support Mr. Tessener's allegations.
