Town Council approves parking fee hike in Carolina Beach

Carolina Beach will see an increase in parking fees this spring. Town Council unanimously voted Tuesday night to extend pay parking by two hours from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Council also voted to increase hourly parking rates by $0.25 to $1.50/hour.
