Coast Guard sets port condition Whiskey for North Carolina

The Captain of the Port for Sector North Carolina has set port condition Whiskey at noon for Wilmington and Morehead City due to the expectation that gale force winds generated by Hurricane Irene may arrive within 72 hours.
