Berger's attorney, one other plead guilty to failing to file taxes

The Department of Revenue says Sam Edwards of Ocean Isle Beach and Dennis Sullivan Jr. of Wilmington both admitted to five county of willful failure to file their state tax returns. Both men paid the taxes and interest they owed before entering a plea.
