Local cops learn about cybercrimes from FBI

Crimefighters from all over southeastern North Carolina are now more prepared to defend our area against cybercrimes. The Federal Bureau of Investigation met with officers today to talk about a growing problem: crimes via the World Wide Web.

Flags lowered for Judge Carroll; funeral arrangements set

Historic Wilmington Foundation plaque honors historic federal building
