The media relations office for North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory is again undergoing some changes.
McCrory's office says Press Secretary Crystal Feldman has joined the Department of Public Safety, where a spokeswoman said she started working Tuesday as deputy communications director.

Evans, 21, appeared briefly in Brunswick County District Court on charges of possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession in connection with her arrest April 23 in Caswell Beach.
