NCHSAA: No rule change for special athlete

The North Carolina High School Athletic Association says Brett Bowden can still lead the team onto the field, but only as a student manager or student coach. He will not be able to wear equipment.

Sharks keep season alive against Steamers

The Wilmington Sharks survived a must win game on Tuesday night in Edenton. The playoff game turned out to be a home run derby, but the Sharks outslugged the Steamers to keep the Sharks season alive.
