Seahawk men's tennis team wins CAA title

Easter Sunday was turned out to be terrific for the UNCW men's tennis team. The Seahawks captured the CAA men's tennis title. When you add in the golf titles UNCW secured on Sunday, this was clearly an historic day for UNC Wilmington athletics.

UNCW captures men's CAA golf title and women's golf CAA title

The UNCW men's golf team captured first place in the CAA golf tournament holding onto the lead they had entering the final round. New Hanover grad Josh Brock led the UNCW contingent at the three day event in Pinehurst. The UNCW women's golf team also won in come from behind fashion to claim the CAA women's title.

NC State baseball team rolls over UNCW

video It's not a good sign for UNCW head coach Mark Scalf when the Seahawks use ten pitchers in a game. That was the case Wednesday night at Brooks Field as NC State rolled over UNC Wilmington in a college baseball game.
