Crowds gathered around the Hampstead Vllage gazebo, to rememeber all those who fought for our country, and to honor those fighting today. Sergeant Major Tom Hall came to speak at the ceremony, where he addressed family and friends who came together to remember their loved ones.

Almost two weeks ago, six year old Emily Hollis lost her battle with cancer. Saturday, dozens of children celebrated Emily's life, while raising cancer awareness at the pender county relay for life.
