Pender's Addison Spruill signs with Brevard

video It took a bit longer than expected, but Pender's Addison Spruill finally made his collegiate choice official. He signed on Tuesday with Brevard Community College in Florida. Pender's Andrienne Bannerman also signed on Tuesday. She'll play college basketball at Erskine.

The Pender County Board of Health is meeting again tonight, but without six of its members. That's because they've resigned in protest over the past week. So the question is, if the state statute says the board shall be composed of 11 members, can it legally meet with six of them missing?
