Onslow Sheriff's detectives say late Saturday night, they pinpointed Robert Bartholomew Ridge's location in Fayetteville. Fayettville police arrested Ridges. Onslow authorities brought him back to Jacksonville where they say Ridges confessed to shooting Almario Millander. Ridges is charged with murder.
