A group of bikers is making sure the tag gets back to Bill Ritenour. He lost it while serving in Vietnam in the 1960s.

A Marine is dead and another Marine is in custody after a stabbing incident in Washington, DC, early Saturday morning. The victim has been identified as Philip Bushong, 23, who was based at Camp Lejeune.
