  • A native son of the Cape Fear region, Randy Aldridge was born and raised in Southport, NC.
  • A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
  • After years of working as a buyer for Macy's and Ralph Lauren, Randy realized his heart lay at the North Carolina Coast. Seeking a way to spend more time at home, Randy went to work for a high-end furniture retailer and joked that his destiny was to redecorate Wilmington one room at the time!
  • In 2009 it was time for Randy to hang out his own shingle and open Randy Aldridge Designs. Now a successful and exclusive design firm in Wilmington, Randy's company continues to service clients around the country.
  • You can find Randy on WWAY's "Randy to the Rescue", a home decorating segment on WWAY NewsChannel 3, Wednesday's at 5:30 p.m. and now on YOUR HOME TOWN!

  • Grace spent several years in various corporate marketing and management positions.
  • After spending time in Corporate America, Grace decided she wanted to spend time helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle, so she founded Renaissance Wellness in Charlotte, NC.
  • Grace moved to Wilmington in 2006 to open a retreat center at Wrightsville Beach and fell in love with our area
